Analysis of a four-state model for tumor growth dynamics and mathematical methods of intervention

In this talk it will be shown the notion of controllability and its role in the study of the influences of parametric variations on the behavior of a specific tumor model. Furthermore, it will be presented how it is possible to introduce a schematic therapy and to investigate its role for designing possible protocols leading to a tumor-free site. More complex analytic analysis, giving an insight for further therapeutic actions will be also addressed.
